As the number one gynecologic deadly cancer ovarian cancer is a very serious disease. Treatments are more successful than they used to be but it is sill, best to avoid, if this would be possible. An Apple A Day or A Soy Bean A Day!

I like to think of this as a "pulse" a day, since soy beans are supposed to be pulses!Tofu is made from soy much like we make cheese from milk. Tofu is essentially the coagulation of soy milk.
