Top Form Tuesday: Breast Size Will Change Naturally, How to Enhance Breast Size Naturally

Breast size is mostly genetically determined, and these days perhaps more often than not, enhanced by the right bra or the right surgery. However there are also health reasons that women have breast size changes over time. Pregnancy and weight gain are two reasons for breast size changes., and in most cases it is a reduction in breast size, although not always. Weight gain generally makes your breasts enlarge, effects vary quite a bit. Medications, including hormones, can stimulate breast growth, and the loss of estrogen with menopause and aging will cause breasts to shrink. A side effect of some medications is breast enlargement as well as sometimes the production of milk secretion, which is a medical issue that needs to be checked out before you try herbals A considerable amount of research has gone into the science of breast cell and breast gland growth and development.here are certain foods that allow enlargement of breasts naturally and some among them, we have cited below:
  1. Dong Quai Root : It is considered to be the ultimate tonic for restoring the hormonal balance in the body. It not only leads to the enlargement of breasts but also is very effective for preventing diseases. Remember, Breast are the most sensitive part of women, enhancing sensitivity, enhances the function, which ultimately is thought to be the most important benefit!
  2. Red clover : It is yet another source of calcium, chromium, phosphorus, potassium, and vitamin C. This is also a very rich source of isoflavones which is a hormone stimulant and it has been reported as  is very effective for breast enlargement. almost 92% of the population doesn't consume an adequate amount of potassium. Look to you diet for other sources if you aren't getting enough.
  3. Fenugreek seed : The extract of the seed accelerates the development of mammary gland due to its rich content of phytoestrogens. Fenugreek seed extracts can be used for preparing a number of dishes and consumption is not a big deal.
  4. Hop flower : Yes, It has a rich content of the compounds flavonoids which accelerates mammary gland development and also regulates hormone production. Hop flower can be consumed in various ways and multiple recipes can be gathered from the internet.
  5. Mexican wild yam root : This is a very good source of beta-carotene diosgenin which are very helpful in promoting optimum breast development. To make this a source of progesterone, that takes a chemistry lab, however.
  6. Saw Palmetto berry : It is a physosterols (type of plant estrogenic hormone) containing oil which is very effective in reversing the atrophy of mammary glands. Hence, this is a powerful agent in the process of breast enhancement.
  7. One can also take recourse to watercress leaf which is a rich source of folic acid, Lucein and vitamin E which are important components in breast enhancement. Also, there are several other benefits associated with vitamin E like improved blood circulation and thus improved breast sensa
  8. Butea Superba is a plant that has rich contents of phytoestrogens (some of which include miroestrol, deoxymiroestrol, coumestans). These contribute to the enhancement of breasts and are also used in hormone replacement therapy. These are beneficial for skin and hair.
  9. Dandelion root is effective in the formation of new breast cells and tissues in the culture dish, so it should work in real life, perhaps. It is, therefore, important for the purpose of breast enlargement.

  1. A reader writes:"H i mam, am 26 years old and married 6 months ago.My nipple had a problem which i can't able to explain (i think its because of dry skin but not sure) am facing this problem from my teen age.It started at right nipple and now it started at my left nipple also.Regarding to that i didn't have any type of itchiness or pain in my nipple area but very rarely i can feel a burning sensation at my right nipple for just few minutes.Untill before marriage i have not found any discharge from my nipple.
Because of irregular period(only for last 2 months)doctor suggested me a hormone balance pills(doctor told like it may also stops my pregnancy during its 3 months course and i not had intercourse for last 2 months). After taking that tablets for two months, last night when i squeeze my right nipple i found a drop of milky white discharge(which not happened before) from that dry skin affected part of nipple.please let me know the answer for my 3 questions...
Question 1:What is the reason for my dry skin nipple (if it is due to dry skin)
Question 2:Is my nipple causes breast cancer (i facing this for 9 years but no lumps are found and no severe pain)
Question 3:By taking that tablet(for hormone imbalance), nipple will discharge if i squeeze ??
Please dear mam let me know the reason for my problem.
Waiting eagerly for ur valuable reply....."

The questions are complex, and you need to be seen for an exam, and additional studies like hormone tests, ultrasounds, and perhaps mammogram to determine the issue. For many women their diets will need to be adjusted to change sensations of breast pains. For others medication can be the cause of nipple discharge. Post-Endometrial Ablation Syndrome

If you have had an endometrial ablation and have developed symptoms of pelvic pain you might have post endometrial ablation syndrome. What is post-endometrial ablation syndrome? It is a constellation of symptoms due to entrapped blood or tissue within a uterus that has previously undergone an endometrial ablation. We are able to diagnose this at Women's Health Practic e but occasionally other conditions are causing similar symptoms. Other complications of endometrial ablation include pregnancy, risks from pre-existing conditions such as a polyp or fibroid, an infection of the uterus, or a pregnancy. If you have had a tubal ligation then it is possible that the condition could be post-ablation tubal sterilization syndrome. The ablation procedure is designed to destroy all lining tissue, but in fact there is no way to confirm the completeness of the ablation. It is thought that either residual or regrowth of the tissue is producing the symptoms of post-endometrial ablation syndrom...

Passing Your Uterine Lining, Menstrual Period Norms

Decidual Cast Periods can be fairly easy, passing some tissue at a time, or off can come the whole lining in one piece called a decidual cast. Generally the lining of the uterus is only 6-8 mm thick at the time of the menstrual period, and it is shed gradually, a few cells at a time. The decidual cast is when the entire lining passes spontaneously.  It's not uncommon, but it usually both uncomfortable, and alarming to some. But us women are designed to have some sort of periods  Or Not? We have to pass tissue each month. Or Not? Are they good for us? Or Not? Do we want them? Or Not? Is this something that is individual? Or Not? It's a complex topic that I will be discussing a lot over my time in this blog. So lets start with basics: How much do we bleed and what are we loosing, and just what was this that the patient passed? And another basic: track your periods, and the Women's Health Practice site http://www.womenshealthpractice.com/media/pdf/menstrual_chart.pdf you...

You Have an IUD: But a Positive Pregnancy Test

Fortunately IUD pregnancy failures are rare. But if you have an IUD for contraception, and you get a positive pregnancy test, you probably ask yourself, what next? Well, make your gyno appointment promptly, this is a condition that is not typically an emergency, but it can be and it’s not handled over the phone or on a blog, or through self diagnosis! That being said, some researchers from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas decided to look back at over 4100 women who had IUDs and of those 42 cases who became pregnant in their institution, over about a year period of time, to help understand what these women could expect when they got to their gyno and what actually happened to their pregnancies. Accurate pregnancy diagnosis, pelvic examination, and pelvic ultrasound were the cornerstones of the evaluations. They had very specific ways they looked at their ultrasound to prove there was no pregnancy in the fallopian tube, or partially in the fallopian tube...
