Pondering the Middle during Vyaghrasana. The Tiger pose and the Tiger Stretch awake our muscles in the morning like awaking aTiger in the jungle. There are three aspects to every successful exercise plan: get your heart rate up, use your muscles and stretch. Yoga can help you with all of these things. It's good for the young, the old, the menstruating, those in need of balance, too many virtues to even list!
